Accurate. This sub is full of whiny bitches. Go into any normal place of work and you'll find enthusiastic people grinding it out to get where they need to go to. Just get on with it.
I'm from Ireland and was moved to Sydney for work, we're full of immigrants in Ireland too and the property situation is also a crisis for the every day person. However, it's the same limp minded men who complain about their situation and blame it on everyone else (especially immigrants) but themselves.
Australia is the same, wherever you go there's a subsect of underachievers who refuse to take accountability, and importantly refuse to put their head down and get to work.
Every social democracy, or anywhere that comes somewhat near to one, is an opportunity banquet - some people complain that they have to fetch their own plate.
