For a bit of background, we just got shafted by Europe changing their risk rules for Aussies. No problem, we booked flexible tickets, we can go online and quickly change them.

Fuck were we wrong. They still intentionally make it impossible to change flights online and have left the rules vague for getting credits or when you need to use them by. So, we decide to ring and do it the worst way possible. At the moment we are on our 4th call trying to do a really simple task. 1st call, hung up on after 3 hours. 2nd call, also hung up on after 2 hours. 3rd call, the line was so bad we couldn't hear the rep. 4th call, still waiting after 2 hours.

I mean, we can hear the wind on Mars but they think we can't see through the 'the phone line is 200km of copper wire in the bush,' trick?

They are doing everything possible to make sure you abandon any money that they've taken off you.
