Is there any reviews on the various Salary Packing (SP) providers?

I started a new job at a charity and have the option to salary sacrifice up to $15k. There was a sales person that spoke to us in our induction about how amazing it is to SP, but they came off like such a slimy sales person that I immediately started to wonder, what are they getting out of this? They said they just charge a fee of $5 per month, which doesn't sound like alot. But there are a few companies out there offering this service, so how are they really making their money, and how do I know which company I should go with?

Also I am very suspcision of any company that has a website where locating the fee structure is very difficult, and that seems to be all of these.
