Why is it becoming less common for large Aussie companies to have an actual phone no that you can call?
So many companies these days have a stupid Chatbot that just links to a website that you’ve already looked through.
Then either they tell you send an email or use an app.
Most of the time, the chatbot isn’t even remotely helpful.
