We tried hot pot alley. It is a la carte based on color - this broth combo was the clear and spicy sichuan (double flavor) broth for 20 bucks. We liked the broth but wish there was more options for meats, veggies and meat balls.

Was just there on the weekend and definitely wished they had more meat options too. Seems like they had barely any.
The chongqing chicken pot was delicious though. Loved that you could add broth to it and turn it into hotpot. Definitely enjoyed the seasoning and flavors of it more than just the regular soup bases.
