I'm confident upper management is trying to fire me

Post Body

I recently started working at a technology retailer in Qld and have been loving it so far and my manager is fantastic, but upper management keeps asking my manager if they are sure about keeping me employed, they ask him if I'm reliable, if I'm trustworthy and if I'm worth keeping around. They also constantly ask my boss if I've stolen anything (Twice now they have outright blamed me for stock going missing despite having no proof). They also refuse to pay my manager the correct pay rate despite him taking on all the jobs a manager would do. Is there anything I can do about my workplace? It feels like they are doing everything they can to get rid of me short of actually firing me.
