I am recovering from a work injury. It has been shit, and my employer has made it worse. Especially recently (more than 12 months post injury). I want to write them a letter pointing out why etc. I would probably like to send a copy to their insurer (because higher premiums might make them change) but I want a sanity check on repercussions. I will never work there again but fallout scares me.
