I was sitting by myself in a beer garden at night time just wanting to have a beer but also to be surrounded by others, in hoping a conversation would happen. Close to me but on another table were a group of ppl, charging hard for a good night ahead. They were all talking overloud about dex and how much theyve each had or going to get. All in all, they must have been only recreational users I thought. But one person I remember saying that the life expectancy with someone having adhd is much lower than a normal person or someone who isn't, because of liver disease.
Then I thought because of how the drugs are metabolised in ours bodies. And definitely the liver would take a beating from all this.
I was a big drinker before I was diagnosed but not so much now. But hearing that has always made me wonder. And yes hydration is very important as a take away note :)
