Fractional Shares Post-Split

10-1 reverse split incoming. There will NOT be fractional shares distributed, instead, your shares will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole number. For example: If you have 10 shares you will have 1 share after the split. If you have 20 shares you will have 2 shares after the split. If you have 14 shares, you will have 1 share after the split. If you have 16 shares, you will have 2 shares after the split.

If you care about the fractions you may lose (and have any amount of faith left in the stock), be sure you’re on the “round up” side of that equation before the 20th.
