Power strips (surge protector) and mounting advice needed

I recently bought the Sonos sound bar with 2 other speakers along with a Sony 43X85J tv. I am planning on mounting the sound bar and my tv and was wondering what type of mounting system you would recommend. With the powe strip I was wondering what is recommend I will be connecting it to my sound bar tv and the new Xbox. Considering all the cost I want to make sure I am protected.
