Post Body

Hi, I have a query from a customer who wants to take a visual feed from one of our devices (medical monitor) and feed into a larger screen, we have a DVI output from the monitor which they are feeding into a DVI input on their big screen. I've specified the ratio/resolution so assuming that is correct. They get a brief image on the large screen before it goes blank. Laptop connected using same cable to large screen is fine. What could be the problem here and why would a laptop work differently? Not sure of cable run but I would say it's a few metres. I'm unable to get on-site at present so looking for things to suggest. Appreciate any comments, always keen to learn something.
