Happy New Year, Internet! I'm MrZanzibarMcGee, and if you've seen my earlier scripts, I kind of have a taste for the fantastical. I've either written about or have plans for vampires, superheroes, valkyries, fairies, witches, and more (hints for the future!), but this time, I had an idea about something truly fantastic and impossible: Winning at Las Vegas.

Plain and simple, this is the song by Katy Perry (can't post video links), but turned into a script, with my customary style. And since I'm a slut for references, I worked in the names of several singles, all of her currently released albums, and one Super Bowl meme.

Synopsis: You (the performer) are a fairly normal young woman. You and your closest male friend decided to celebrate being accepted to the same graduate school program by taking a trip to Las Vegas. The penultimate (second-to-last) night of your stay, you both partied too hard and drank way too much. The next morning, you wake up in significant pain, with no memory of what happened. As you piece things together, you realize you may have made several rash decisions while drunk, including getting married. But as you talk further, perhaps those decisions weren't as rash as you first thought...
