Wharfedale Pro Titan 12D tweeter hissing noise

Hey, this is my first post on this subreddit and I love all the support that this community gives each other. I have the wharfedale titan 12D speaker, and the issue is that when there is a sound signal going through it, you will hear a slight hissing noise coming from the tweeter. The hissing sound only appears when there is sound and as soon as you cut the sound, the hissing noise will disappear within 1.5 seconds. I tried plugging in my phone, and even a microphone to see if the results were different, but it’s the same. Has anyone ever came across this? Thank you for your help!
