Everyone was so helpful before regarding my turntable question that I thought I would come back to the well again.

I had been streaming Tidal Masters through both the Bluesound Node app and the Tidal app on my IPhone via Bluetooth to a Bluesound Node streamer and through my C49 preamp. Someone told me that Bluetooth limits the sound quality and that I should hardwire the phone directly to the DAC.

Is this true? If so, is it the same if I use Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth?

Assuming both degrade the sound, what should I use to connect to the Bluesound Node? Or should I connect directly to the c49?

Sorry if these are remedial questions or if they have been answered many times here before, but I appreciate any help you can offer.
