So, a couple months ago my iLok fell off my keychain and got lost. Since then I have gone to the Pace website and filled out their RMA to report it, and I also had purchased a new dongle (I didn't have ZDT or anything like that). PT9 was my only license (thankfully), so all I have to do now is contact Avid and have them "transfer" my old info to my new iLok, right? And for that, I need to purchase a customer service ticket (or whatever they call it), right? Right? Am I doing this right?
TLDR: what do I need to do to get Pro Tools running again?
