Post Body

I just moved and have the choice of two rooms to set my studio up in. I teach online music lessons and record drums, various stringed instruments, occasional vocals, and do folio for sound design. Which one would you rather set up in?

Room A

  • small/medium sized
  • Back of house, faces backyard and empty lot
  • 2 closets (1 big enough for isolation booth)
  • Slanted ceiling, lots of reverb (8 ft lowest, 12 ft highest)

Room B

  • About 1.5x size of Room A
  • Front of house, faces front yard and residential street
  • 1 closet (not big enough for iso booth)
  • flat 8 foot ceiling
