How do I find mixing jobs for Podcasts and Youtube?

Iām trying to practice my engineering skills doing simple mixing jobs at home for low budget Youtube and Podcast channels.
Besides trying to contact people directly, what are some ways to promote yourself so people can book me at the rate I provide? Is there a website?
Also if I were to start doing this, what would be the best way to get paid? By how many hours I would take to finish? or the length of the content?
