Good Morning- So I have developed this habit of falling asleep with my headphones on listening to audiobooks and I am wondering if it could effect the quality of my sleep.
Itβs very relaxing but sometimes it can lead to some interesting dreams that can boarderline on nightmares or lucid dreaming.
For instance, I am a history/ war war 2 buff, and I have been listing to a book about Jewish interpreters that use to live in Germany and then were soldiers during war war 2 for America. Last night I had a few dreams I was in fire fights my self and they were kind of extreme and exciting.
My main concern is can it mess with the quality of my sleep for I often have fatigue even after getting 8-9 hours of sleep. I am doing a sleep study as well but was wondering about the effects of audiobooks while sleeping.
Ps-It is an interesting process where I have to remind and start over at times, but I can get the main jist and points of a book after doing this process for a few days.
Thanks
