How to control volume of sub and speakers at the same time when source is a CD player with no volume control?
Post Body

So my current setup is my CD player going to a sub and then going to my speakers.

Before I bought my CD player my source was my laptop and I didn’t have to individually set the volume of my sub and speakers because I would adjust from the laptop itself.

Now if I’m playing from my CD player and I need to turn my volume down I have to go to my sub as well and turn it down and it gets really finicky.

So, I was wondering what I would need to get so that I can just adjust the volume of both my speakers and sub at the same time.

Sorry if this is a very noob questionn, but, alas I am a noob when it comes to audio. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏

EDIT: Speakers are Edifier S880DB (Powered). Sub is Edifier T5 and CD player is Kenwood DP750.

EDIT2: Upon consulting ChatGPT (I was desperate), I was told I would need a passive volume controller. Any recommendations?
