Any way to extract HDMI audio to Soundbar ARC out?

I have a soundbar with ARC out (5.1), a PS5, and a Monitor. Currently i have an HDMI audio extractor, so im using the soundbar via optical.
Is there any adapter that would let me connect the soundbar via HDMI for better sound quality than optical?
