What adapter do I need to make this work?

Hey all, I'm setting up some outdoor speakers and got a new receiver and audio cable. We'll, the audio cable is type RCA. However, neither my receiver nor the speaker is able to accommodate RCA. Is there a way to make this work? I'd rather no run another set of audio wires as it's a PITA since it needs to be run through the attic. TIA!
