There is a person at my work that treats a lot of people poorly and treats me one of the worst. But I am also one of the newest. I just want something to record whenever I interact with him in case he tries to get me fired or something, zero good interactions with this person. Even simple interactions leave me bewildered with how he is constantly able to turn it so negative. Management has received complaints about him from others already, but I don't think they'll do anything. He has accused others of saying things behind his back and then yelling at them too. I am in a one party state.

The ideal recorder would be: -able to sit in my pocket all day or easy to put in my pocket(discreet). -Have good audio through my clothing. -Not make a noise/light when I start/stop(discreet). -Be able to be operated without having to look at it(just turn it on when he talks to me(discreet)). -Be able to download files and save them for later.

-I'm not looking to spend thousands of dollars, but I make good money and so I can spend a little bit.

I looked at best buy and online. But they have either limited choices or they are trying to advertise a certain product. I feel like asking the people for their experiences is generally the best way to go.
