Need help !!

So I joined Audible years ago . I live in NZ so my app on my phone and pc automatically logs me into audible.com.au
But I have 12 credits on audible.com
I cant seem to access it ir even message audible . I've spent over an hour today deleting apps etc , even going through settings to try and rectify.
Any thoughts ?
