Missing books

Hey everyone I opened my app to continue with a book and noticed it wasn't there. So I went into my library and the last 2 books I purchased with credit are gone. I've emailed customer support and done all the minor troubleshooting I can do (log out/log in, refreshed) but nothing. Anyone else experience this on an Android?
Edit: thanks for suggestions, I have been able to sort out the issues
