Hello, hope everyone is well.
I'm ready to purchase my first AP, im interested in 15550 / 15450 in two tone or steel and the 77350 in two tone or steel as well.
My closest boutiques are Frankfurt, Paris and Madrid (I'm located in Rotterdam). I called the Frankfurt boutique and they asked me to go visit / drink an espresso with them (as expected) to seriously discuss the purchase. Im curious on the availability of these pieces, how are the policies with these hard to find watches and what have been your experiences acquiring them.
Thanks,
Fran
Lol i don’t disagree with you but it is what it is.
How so? It’s worked for me so far and I’ve been offered pieces.

THIS a lot of patience and persistence and even then there are no guarantees. Go in, have a conversation, and be yourself. I was upfront as possible re budget, interests, etc. Be prepared to discuss what you do for a living, why you are interested in the brand (I think it is very helpful to have a story that shows that you have admired the brand for a long time and not just in the last few years when the hype started), be prepared to talk about your current collection (they asked me for the specific model and when I bought them and if I still own them [def a plus to be able to tell them you still own all the watches you bought], and be ready to with multiple models (from different lines--yes this means a CODE) when putting your wish list together. You want them to see that you want to build an AP collection and will be a return customer. If all you talk about is the RO you're not differentiating yourself from the pack. Follow ups via text. a call, and in person at regular intervals is also key.
