Please no spoilers. Where to start from the Manga if I’m all caught up with the anime but want to read something that’s a little bit different from the script?

I love this anime a lot, more than the other ones I’ve seen since I started watching anime a little over a year ago. I’d love to read this Manga but I hear the anime is pretty much adapted page to page for at least the first 2 seasons, then the anime gets a bit different around the third season. Without any spoilers, could someone possibly tell me if this is true, and if not where should I start?
