Post Body

Hey guys, as the title says, I just finished the show yesterday and felt like the author really answered all the mysteries, well except for one as far as I understood

In season 2, during the tower, Ymir reads a fish can in another language in front of Reiner. Simple question, where does this food come from?

If it's foreign, who went all the way beyond the walls with this food? If it's from very very old times, how was it still edible?

It felt like a plot device so Ymir could get busted by the guys, but felt like there wasn't an explanation beyond that
