Humanity already hated them for doing this shit 1,000 years ago, and they go on and plunge us into the dark ages AGAIN!
I know they get annihilated later, and the cycle restarts but in this case realistically how do you react? they haven't killed your immediate family; maybe some distant relatives. It's not like that particular eldian did it. Everyone calls Gabi corny for trying to kill people who killed almost her entire friend group; but would you realistically be able to look past it?
