So, question for brewers (and others) post-September about pours at breweries.
Post Body

Just curious here – what sort of options are we expecting to transition to for visits, once the new rules are officially in place? I understand plans may not be 100% cemented until the rules are officially out, but at least what do different places have in mind. Are places planning to transition to by-the-glass only? With the option to buy take-home stuff, growlers, etc, of course?

Curious - will many/any places keep the "tour/glass-and-pours" sort of option, at the least minus the "tour" part? I may or may not be in the minority here, but I do sort of like getting the "technically-a-flight" option, and having the glass to take home afterward. At the least when it's a new place (we may have far too many Wild Heaven glasses at this point, ha – I did like BHB also having the "plastic cup" tour for just that reason). On the other hand, I get that it may just be the best solution to our current situation, and not something anyone will want to continue once they don't have to. (Also I do find the tours interesting sometimes, really, but that might just be me).

I haven't been to THAT many breweries outside GA (Westbrook, Wicked Weed, Right Proper in DC, a couple others), but they seemed to have only the option to buy pours or flights, maybe rare bottles, and if you wanted a glass or anything it was a separate thing (ignoring the places that could also serve food, since that's its own separate issue here). Are most breweries planning to go to something along these lines, or does anyone have a different sort of plan?
I don't really know any other possible options here, too, which is why "can I still get a glass with my beer" is all I mentioned – not that I don't support a different option, just don't know what else it may be. People more well-traveled than me – are there any other "brewery business models" you've come across?
