Authenticating an incoming mail server with OAuth2.0

I am attempting to set up a new incoming mail server for one of our departments that would like to be able to create tickets from incoming emails. The mail server is able to successfully authenticate but when I try to test it I receive this error:

Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:

  • ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Like I said, it Authorizes properly and I have triple check the configuration on both the Jira and AAD side but still cant find why it would give his incredibly frustrating, non-descriptive error.
