Hey soldier! If you couldn't tell, I'm having a lot of fun replaying baldurs gate at the moment. And as much as I'm enjoying romancing karlach, I'd love to find someone to talk to in real life.

I'm pretty much a nerd the whole way down, though maybe not in the most outward way. I'm into animation of all kinds (can't wait to start dandadan once it finishes, and I'm dying for the next season of Invincible), gaming, and also some non nerd things! Think kayaking, breweries, traveling the world, reading when I can, hanging with my cat, trying as many restaurants as possible.

I've got a few anime tattoos that I intend on turning into a whole sleeve of sorts, and the rest of my body will be devoted to other styles, feeling a little satanic in that regard.

Once we know each other a bit more, I will likely spam you with reels on Instagram and pics from from reddit, one of the ways I show affection.

Lookswise I'm 5'9, half Persian with a big black beard and long hair, bigger dad bod type who lifts weights a couple times a week. I wear a lot of black clothes. I'm an engineer in pharma manufacturing which I kind of hate.

Some deal breaker type things about me:

• not a Republican by any means, wouldn't call myself a Democrat either, but they feel bad while the other side tried to overthrow the government

• not religious. I wouldn't go so far as to claim I KNOW there is no god. That feels arrogant as I have just as little proof as people who believe, but I lean pretty heavily toward that.

• child free. Who knows how we may feel in 10 years, but the last 10 of my adult life have not made me want children. I'd love to be a fun well off uncle who spoils our niblings though.

• I'm a little bad at texting - just not a huge form of communication for me. I know some people think it's immature, but I really do enjoy communicating via snapchat. Even if it's just an annoyed selfie, or a pic of wherever you're standing, I feel more connected with a visual component.

• enjoys weed daily before bed. Not necessarily something I need or have to continue, but it's a nice way to relax after work. Very capable of quitting cold turkey with no effects.
