This is a very strange request of course and not typical for this board.
I'm working on eliminating different ptsd triggers.
I have ptsd triggers for axes, saws, wood chippers and chainsaws. Basically all regular lumberjack equipment.
I've gotten rid of several music based ptsd triggers by listening over and over until they no longer affected me at all.
I'm hoping a lumberjack could help me desensitize myself to all the lumberjack related ptsd triggers. I'd also be happy to learn how to use some of the tools.
