So we have a bit of a weird request. My wife has breast implants that she's had for quite some time now and one of them are starting to give her problems. She's wanting to have them replaced and while she's at it she considered going up a size or two. She is currently a 36DD and considered going to a 36DDD. However, it's difficult for her to decide because she's not really sure how large that would be. She's hoping to find someone that has 36DDD breasts that may allow her to see them.
