Looking for a gym partner to help me get back into shape. I've done weight lifting before, but then stopped for a while. Recently I've been going back to the gym and doing cardio and some light lifting, but I really want to get back into making gains. Honestly, two of my bigger personal issues are diet and pushing hard in the gym. I can go do normal sets and just do the motions, but I think having someone to work out with would help push me to getting healthier.
I am not looking for any sexual stuff what so ever, so if that's your intent, please dont waste either of our time. If you are interested though and live in Gwinnett, hmu :) I currently go to a planet fitness, but I really want to start going to a real gym again, so I'm open to finding a mutual location. P.S. If you also are good with dieting/nutrition, that would be appreciated. As of right now I'm kind of just dirty bulking tbh (unintentionally)
