Going to The Masquerade Alone

Hi everyone!
I'm planning to see Loathe at the Masquerade but my parents are concerned about the area since it's "sketchy". I'm planning to drive there or maybe ride share. I've read reviews online about the parking deck and venue so I know what to expect. I'm a 20F and I don't have anyone who would be willing to go with me but I also don't wanna miss this concert.
Do you guys have any advice? Should I just go alone or at least try to find someone to go with?
