Hello everyone, any tips on dealing with grandparents trying to make my child believe in Jesus? My family is Muslim and me ex’s family is catholic and I have made my desire known to both sides that I don’t want anyone to force him into their religion. Well he’s 2 and we just drove by a church and he yells Jesus!
This is really hard for me since I was forced into religious beliefs my whole upbringing and I don’t want that for him. I want to teach him about every religion and have him choose or denounce like myself.
Any advice?
Edit: due to custody order I can’t control where his dad takes him on his time. His dad is also atheist so I don’t know why he’s allowing this. I am going to try and teach him how to think rather than what to think. Thank you all!
