To be fair my wife and I are not atheist, more apatheist. We just don't want our sons wasting there life with religion. My parents dog died the other day and I was in car with my brothers and my own family. My mom told the kids Maggie was in heaven now and my kids asked me what heaven was and I told them I would tell them later, because I didn't want to discuss it in front of my brothers kids who go to Bible School. But they started to tell my kids it's where God is and people go there when they die. Then they were asking what god is, luckily car ride ended soon. And I could try my best to clarify for them.

I just want some input and suggestions on how to explain something that so many people believe in, is in fact just bull shit.
