I've always thought about how these people can believe in crazy conspiracy theories like qanon, or a chip being put in the vaccine that will bring the end times. Then somehow i just realized the fact that they already believe a conspiracy theory just as crazy if not more crazy. Why do we treat religion differently then conspiracy theories. For some reason we're just like, oh those people have an orginization that protects pedophiles, or this orginization is actively against the rights of other human beings like the lgbtq community, but oh well RELGIOUS FREEDOM.

Like that concept just sounds absolutely crazy to me right now, and i'll be honest maybe its cause i'm in a high stupor right now. But idk
