Almost hit by a car today, Dad told me to “get right with god”

On my ride back to my house on an electric skateboard, I almost was hit by a Jeep while riding around 25mph. Now, in April I was hit by a truck while riding a pitbike but anyways; I told my Parents what happened and my Dads immediate response was “Wow! Thank god! You need to get right with god, stop playing god. He’s trying to tell you something.”
No “are you ok?” Just straight to god talk. I- just . I don’t even know.
