Post Body

Hey guys I'm asking for some help and I don't think I would do this on Reddit if I didn't need help soon. I became a Atheist three years ago when my grandfather died in my arms and I was begging for "God" to help him. I have became a lot more devout since then and I have started trying to learn more over the last year. But let me get to the point. I'm a senior in high school and I would like to come out to my VERY religious parents but I'm honestly scared and don't know how to put it to them. I'm scared that if I rub them the wrong way they will not pay for my college, take away my truck, etc. to be completely honest with you guys I wouldn't be so scared if it wasn't for what I know could happen. My brother got caught five months drinking and they kicked him out and haven't talked to him since. Nor has the rest of my family spoke to him but me. But to honestly quit babbling could you guys give me some advice on how to handle the situation like how to put it to them or what I should say. Thank you in advance! (Sorry if it's just a bunch of babbling mess but I think I got it down to everything y'all need to know on how to help me with the situation.)
