Suggestions of anti new age spirituality and anti wellness/alternative medicine subreddits?

I had a pretty traumatizing upbringing related to being forced into spiritual practice and alternative medicine and "therapies" by my family and I feel the need to find some community of people who maybe went through the same and I was wondering if anyone knows of subreddits related to that, anything where people share and debunk about the harms of alternative medicine, wellness industry and new age spiritual practices.
