This made me laugh because earlier in the day he said that dinosaur bones where really just giant bones from the Bible. I think it’s super illogical to say that dinosaurs and far away galaxies are fake but then you somehow believe that six people somehow got every animal on Earth to gather in an Ark for over a month without one of the species getting into a fight because of a powerful deity in the heavens, he also claimed there’s a “firmament” covering the earth so that was just as wacky. He said the reason it could be fake is because we’ve never been into space even though I brought up the point that science isn’t based on personal experiences.

I stopped arguing with him not too long after because he’s not going to change his view point just like the time he said that evolution isn’t real. It astounds me that Pentecostals don’t believe in science yet science is the big reason why we’ve made so many advancements in society over the past 100 years. Heck, architecture (the art and science of designing large structures and buildings) is one of the big reasons every church exists across the country.
