Gradually upgrading HDD

I have a 4 bay Ausutor AS 3304T NAS with 4 x 4TB HDD in it using Raid 5.
If I were to change 1 drive at a time to 12TB after I swap out the last one will I have full access to the 4 x 12TB drives minus the overhead?
