Zapitti with Asustor NAS

I have a movie library on my Asustor NAS. When I try to point my zapitti to the movie folder on the NAS it asks for a username and password. When I put these in it shows the movie folder and then goes back to username and password. It doesn't connect and goes back.
I've rechecked the username and password.
I can access the movie folder and play movies through the zapitti file explorer.
