Question about flux and intensity
Post Body
Flux decreases with distance, and we know there is a relation between flux and intensity. Thus, why does intensity not depend on distance but on angular size?
For example, if I had two stars with effective temperatures of 7000K and one of them is 4 pc away while the other is 23 pc away but they are the same angular size, why is the 'height' of their blackbody curves the same?
