Can we talk about alike Scorpios and Aquarius are tho? It’s like Scorpio is the air of water signs and Aqua the water of air.

Both signs are going to be your ride or die if they are about you. Extremely loyal, almost to a fault with some people in their lives. Weird, quirky, goofballs. Great at hiding their emotions, as an Aqua sun you won’t be able to read my face about how I feel about you. Both are direct with the exception of those Aquarius/Scorpios that think people can read their minds. Scorpios go silent to retreat to deal with intense emotions and Aquas ghost to avoid those emotions. Both considered some of the most freaky/libido driven/adventurous in bed sign. Both give so much love to those around them but have few who are close/close. Once you got them though, you got them for life unless you hurt/betray them. As an Aqua, I know the people I’ve let close enough to me to love I feel like a mosaic of. This person’s favorite movie, the way this person eats their ramen, this person’s favorite song, I’ll wear the perfume of someone I loved to feel close to them. These little ways I love them and stay connected to them, they may never know.

How they are different but complement each other: intellectual depth vs emotional depth, intense emotions they don’t want to share with people because they don’t want to be too much so they hide their emotions away, Scorpios have intense emotions highs/lows, Aquarius intense emotion is love. Both love extremely hard, we are going to love you 100% or not at all.

Scorpio’s and Aquarius’ both are heavily guarded due to not wanting to lose anymore people in their lives. Aquarius will be distant. We will be aloof until we make a decision to give you a chance. Aquas are like cats in that way. Scorpio’s will try to figure you out first, stay guarded while dropping little tidbits about themselves to test you to see how loyal/how much you care and then they will decide if you’re worth investing in further. Sometimes you don’t make the cut for either sign and they will ghost/go silent rather than try to talk to someone about how they feel when it didn’t seem like they cared in the first place.

How they are not alike:

As an Aquarius sun, I am not jealous or possessive. I believe that if there is someone who can make my partner more happier than I can. Why stop them? People are not possessions and that includes their heart.

I do get obsessive with my love. Like I want to know everything about you. I get clingy (yes Aquas get clingy) but not too clingy like don’t try to spend every minute I am not at work or doing something else with me. Very much need my recharge time away from my partner (even if we’re in different rooms or doing different activities that counts as “away” time). Like I am the type to bring a book to a bar to read. I want to be alone but around people at the same time.

As an Aquarius, I don’t actively seek revenge. My revenge is living my best life without you in it anymore (if you wronged me or I had to cut you off).

Also why does it seem like these are always the two signs that get the most hate in astrology but are just misunderstood ?
