Been stuck on building my Scions army. I'm collecting a 25 PL army of each faction and I can't decide what to take for my favored sons. This is a bit of a mixed custom list made for both narrative and open play rather than comp.

Here's what I have currently:

HQ

Tempestor Prime w bolt pistol/power sword, Tactical Reliquary of Tiberius, Master of Command or Grand Strategist

TROOPS

Tempestus Scions; Tempestor w bolt pistol/chainsword; 4 scions with Vox and 2 hot-shot volley guns

Tempestus Scions; Tempestor with plasma pistol/power fist, 4 scions with Vox and 2 meltdowns

ELITES

Scion Command Squad; Medi-pac, Vox, Platoon Standard and flamer

DEDICATED TRANSPORT

Taurox Prime; Battle Cannon, Hot Shot Volley Guns, Storm Bolter

The idea of this regiment was small, covert teams causing havoc with orders but I don't know what to take to round out the roster;

Upgrade to two 10 man squads and a Commissar with Field Commander for Master of Command for more orders

Bullgryns for extra beef

Or a Commissar/Psyker combo (Lord Commissar/astropath or Primaris Pysker/Commissar) so I can take nightshroud.

Actual $ amount is also a factor.
