I was a long-time member/contributor to r/sex until last week when I was summarily banned. I responded to an anal-related post with my own personal and experience and perspective on this topic. Not surprisingly, it got a lot of down-votes from the disapprovers. However, I never attacked anyone, told anyone else what to do, nor did I violate any of the group rules.

When I replied to the moderators asking why I was banned I received only this reply: "Try a forum dedicated to sexual fantasies. There are several you can choose from."

I tried to explain that I have no interest in fantasy nor did I mention any (only personal experience), but was ignored.

Has anyone else had this issue on r/sex or other forums?
