I’m sure this has been pitched before but I’ve never seen it so hear me out:
Set in the late 400 to mid 500 period.
Since Arthur’s team would LITERALLY be the templars without question, You play a couple sequences early as Arthur (like haytham in 3) then become main character mordred (who is part of assassins)
Because you’re Morgan laFaye’s child, you get some level of magical powers. Doesn’t have to be Skyrim level but something we haven’t seen in AC before.
Merlin is involved as a passive side mentor to Arthur at this point but interacts with mordred (despite Morgan) initially bc he wanted a backup option for Arthur’s failures, and then because he wants Mordred to become good.
Holy grail is a PoE
Theres jousting and dragons and the magic hasn’t left the world yet and all kinds of medieval crap.
