PS4 Trophy Glitch Fixed?

For those who have ACIV and updated the game and were experiencing problems unlocking trophies, is it fixed with that latest update? Honestly, my whole experience with the game which I loved was ruined because this one trophy would not unlock. It's my only game for PS4 right now so I rarely touch my PS4 now.
Anyways, is the glitch fixed?
